Degradation & down-gradation of ALL ranks of the Indian Armed Forces as compared to other Government employees by successive discriminatory & non-representative Central Pay Commissions are a cause for dismay & demoralisation in the Forces which will cost the country dear. The political leadership , being semi-literate & dependent on the wily Indian bureaucrats have failed to protect the Silent Soldier! Shame !
ReplyDeleteThis degradation is at all levels. It is govts apathy not to take these seriously. There is going to be wide spread discontent among soldiers and the ESM. I only hope that the good sense prevails among stake holders before it is too late.
ReplyDeleteRespected Modi Ji and Parrikar Ji are being misled by IAS lobby and their advisers on OROP and 7th Pay Commission. They should open their eyes understand ground realities and anguish of Sering and Ex servicemen. They should be at the top notch of pay scales and a shade better than Police and Para Military personnel. By not seeing the above problems with logic and full involvement of Defence Personnels in the Pay and Pension matters, they are digging the grave of BJP and will never gain confidence of Def Forces ever and loose in Punjab and rest of the country. They will never come to power there after, as being in sensitive of Def Forces will create such a grave resentment that the ESM and Servicemen and their families will not vote for this Jumla Sarkar.
